We had a total of 4 rooms. 2 rooms were fine 2 rooms were dirty. One room had blood on the sheets. Pretty gross. Breakfast was marginal. Staff are not helpful at all. Elevators were broken so we had to lug all the luggage plus my two 89 year old grandparents, a 3 year old and an infant to the 3RD FLOOOR.. not pleasant. Coke machine will take your money- the front desk will tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. You have to call the 1-800 number on the machine. Beds are uncomfortable, king beds and they give you 2 pillows a toddler could sleep on. It’s just the little thing… again, I’m money for quality in my reviews this one doesn’t meet the mark.

Wonderful, clean rooms, the elevators were not working so we we given a room on first floor breakfast was wonderful and delicious

Good location right off the highway 40 & 65. The desk person said the elevator was not working and offered a mini-suite on the first floor for $75. With tax total for the room was only $85. Room was a tad small. It had a fridge, microwave, and a couch. Can't beat the price. My first visit there and would stay there again.

We made a reservation for two nights as we were coming in from FL for a funeral. As we arrived, the front desk employee was outside vaping, he made eye contact, I spoke to him, and then he still kept us waiting 1-2 mins. before walking in. After taking my ID, phone and email, he then informed us the only room left was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't work. He said the website is corporate and they have no control over what they advertise. I asked why he couldn't call pending reservations to make sure that was ok for them. By then, it was after midnight, and we had to pay close to double to get a room at a nearby hotel b/c it was too late to get an online reservation anywhere. Shameful.

There are two CS hotels in Conway. This CS is located at 705 Museum Rd in Conway, AR on the north side of I-40. Easy access, but entrance can be easily missed. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Hotel amongst other hotels close by. Plenty of sit-down restaurants within walking distance. Nighttime outside security provided, well lit.Cons. Hotel undergoing major renovation by day, quiet at night. Indoor pool inop due to recent (few weeks ago) freezing temperatures. Floors down to cement, a few walls can see studs. Breakfast room in conference room. Not enough food. Ran out of yogurt, milk, scrambled eggs. What was there was cold. Waffles were good. Overall, not impressed with breakfast.May be under very new management.
