Hotel was not as expected. Pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room were all closed. Breakfast was mediocre. Roof had several leaks in several different areas of the hotel. Overall, room was decent enough. Internet connection did not work very well. Not worth the price.

I believe the rooms were okay not the best but the outdoor needs a lot of improvement and cleanliness done. I would recommend it for a emergency one night stay but for longer period of days it needs more friendly and home feeling place.

They charge a 50$ deposit and tell you you will get it back in the morning. But it’s been 6 days and I still don’t have mine back. They don’t inform you before or during booking. I could have and will stay somewhere else next time I visit Conway!

Needed a clean room to spend the night on our road trip back home, and this one was almost perfect! Priced right, room and bathroom were clean, front desk and housekeeping staff were nice. The area was good, too, because there were enough options for food and gas on our stop.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff, clean room, big cozy bed with lots of pillows. Security cameras on site. Not far from places to eat and shop. Other guests were polite and followed social distancing guidelines.
