Wow! Our suite had everything ready for our iApple, laptops. Smartwatches, and battery recharger plugs! The two-queen bed suite was very clean and bathroom was so tidy. Thank you!
MoreRecently renovated hotel so the property is in great condition as well as being very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional from the front desk to the restaurant. The hotel has a lively restaurant and bar with a broad menu selection and reasonable prices. Location is central to everything in town. Liked the fact there is a Conoco gas station with convenience store across the parking lot so you can purchase snacks/drinks if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. A decent fitness room, free parking, and good wifi. Complete satisfaction and highly recommended.
MoreWe were very pleased with the Best Western Grantree Inn. It's in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was great. We liked the lower rates compared to other hotels and breakfast wasn't included which gave us options to check out local restaurants for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
MoreRestaurant was closed the first day of our stay. Workers were stripping wallpaper in the corridors creating a great deal of dust. TV failed to work several times. It's unusual these days to not have breakfast things available at no additional cost, but there was nothing. The day the restaurant was closed there were bananas, and mandarins available but they were gone as soon as the restaurant opened. We were given the same room as one of our friends, which created a bit of confusion, but we got it sorted out. The banquet food was less than what one would normally expect at an event this size. What was provided as hors d'oeuvres was really no more than a relish tray. There was no manager available until 3:00PM. There were birds nesting above the parking which created a mess on the cars that had to be cleaned up more than even once a day.
