This by far is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Conway or in any state!!! I arrived at the hotel around 5pm after a 4 hour drive. I showed the desk my reservations for the non smoking room From booking.com. The desk person looked at my like I was crazy. He said that I didn't have a reservation at this hotel and told me if I wanted a room it would be $119 plus tax. I asked to speak to the manager and their wasn't a manager on duty. I called booking.com and after waiting on hold for over 23 minutes, I finally got a person to help me. Booking .com called the hotel and the desk person just looked at the phone!!!! Booking .com then faxed them my reservation and I watched to print out. The desk person looked at it and said the rate was to low for the hotel ($53 with tax) we waited for almost 50 minutes for the manager to arrive. The manager took us to a room that looked like the bates motel!! It was a smoking room and just down right smelly!! The manager told me that this was all he had and if I didn't like it I could refuse the room. When I purchased the room on booking.com the rate was for non canceled. So I called booking.com back and they tried to get me another hotel in the area. The area was sold out do to several events in Conway. So we took the room and the pictures speak for them selves. The room had missing receptacle plates, wholes in the wall, missing vent cover, mold in the tub, blood on the carpet and the lights were broken!!!!!!!! We alway take sleeping bags with us just in case. Well we needed them on this trip. We got up to eat breakfast, that was complementary. That was a joke. The coffee was almost clear, they only has cold cereal and the milk was a instant milk I watched them mix up. You need your room key to get ice??!!! Ok so when you swipe your room key to get ice, only 5 pieces come out. The swimming pool looks like it hasn't been open for years. The picture on booking.com are not up to date for this hotel!!! In my opinion just pay the extra $25 for one of the other hotels in Conway and stay away from this one!!!

The owner and family are dear people and very helpful about local events and lore. The room was the best one we've been in on our trip. Well appointed, VERY clean and well taken care of. New paint, bedspreads, carpet, and furniture. We were really surprised because of the reasonable price. Quality was equal to several places we stayed at twice the price! Also want to mention that the town of Conway is worth stopping for. Lots of interesting things not found just anywhere.

We were just passing through town and needed a place to stay for one night. The room was clean and it was a convenient location..close to interstate and lots of restaurants nearby. The beds were not that comfortable though. It was ok for the short time we were there.

Just finished staying here. As an owner of an historic cabin court in NW Arkansas I understand some of the problems of maintaining an older property. This room was clean and all the fixtures worked. In regards to the traffic noise, when you drive up it is obviously on a street corner, don't stay if you think that is going to bother you. The room AC fan covered any traffic noise without being obnoxious itself. I slept fine. Beds are firm and pillows are plump without being lumpy. I did see a small beetle or two but NOT any other nasties of ANY kind. For a very economical (hint, the name folks) night's stay this little motel was fine. Free WiFi worked OK, would have been nice to be secure but the open is OK for checking email, FB and writing reviews on Trip Advisor. The manager did ask my boy's to leave the pool since I was not with them but later when I had time he allowed us to stay at the pool a little past normal closing. Thanks for the stay.
