I stayed here 1 night and was hoping to book 9 rooms next month for business but, I wouldn't stay here again for free. Lady at the front desk was rude. Black chunks blew out of the tub vents, BUGS ON MATTRESS, mold on ceiling in bathroom, space at bottom of door was large enough to slide my finger under it. Toilet rims were black and feces covered, electrical outlet was sparking when I tried plugging my phone charger in it. The sidewalks were barely snow shoveled. I had to stop at the Laundromat and wash everything because of fear of bed bugs. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Tried to book a Queen efficiency room or king suite and I was told they were all booked. I stayed 3 nights and only 7 rooms were rented. Would have been nice to have a kitchenette during a massive ice and snow blizzard. Man at the front desk had zero personality and was downright rude. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, black mold on bathroom ceiling, giant gal on bottom of entry door to room with a constant, frigid breeze and snow blowing in, sink and tub would not drain properly so I had to stand in dirty shower water and washing hands in sink was impossible because it took forever to drain, hairdryer was broken, filth around bathtub faucets and tub towel rack, missing towel rack in sink area. Rim of toilet was black and disgusting with foul odor. This is only some of the problems. I have time and dated photos. Me and all of my employees will never use this hotel again. The sad part is the fact that they will respond with some computer generated, crappy apologies and let you know that they'll update the employees. Shameful.

Location is good have a hard time getting out of the parking lot during rush hour. Atmosphere was very pleasant rooms were clean. A little high on pricing but worth it and very clean

Nice place. Clean, quiet and cozy. No coffee maker. Breakfast room was clean. Well decorated with heavy Iron tables and chairs. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was scant. Pancake machine, cold cereals , yogurt and apples. Being on a busy road it was quiet.

Lobby smelled awful! Curry! Room was clean and roomy. No hangers and only two hooks for clothes. AC stopped working right after we went to bed. Was high 80s outside, Very noisy outside room (loud voices and loud vehicles) due to Lots of guests who were construction workers. Breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was out of order, there were two containers for cereal however, there was only one of them that had anything in it. Bagels were very dried out. There were pancakes however it was very slow, and if anybody else was in line, it took a long time to get any. When we checked out employee didn't acknowledge me even when she saw me walking over. Told her I needed a receipt and told her about ac. She just handed me receipt and said nothing!View roomsDate visitea sep ZUZoHomeSearchTrips$115
