Nice place, nice crew, hard beds, loved the location.

Hotel was older, but well kept. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The room was a good size. Beds were comfortable. We stayed here to go to Hot Springs National Park. It was a little drive away, but the prices here were much better than near the park.

Room appeared clean but my feet kept sticking to the floor in the bath area - had to rinse with water. Pet charge was $30 - more than other chains. Room next to us had window open with a fan going as if air not working and looked like someone was camping there. The dog kept sniffing the carpet as if something was spilled. The entire place looked worn out - not up to our expectations for a Best Western. I would not stop there again.

Great stop over on our trip South. We wanted a nice place outside Little Rock. Everything was very nice. Full, hot breakfast was great.The shower was really nice with great pressure and even had an adjustable head....did not have to crouch for once in a motel. Would highly recommend..Also plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Motel is in a very safe area.

Entered Room, sock left on floor between chair and night stand from previous occupant. Tub did not drain well and water backed up in tub when showering. Nothing like standing in an inch of water after showering. Standing water made tub slippery, almost slipped while showering. After showering, sat on edge of bed to put on my socks, striped on a piece of dog food? Now questioning cleaning of room? Go down to breakfast, juice machine out of water. I don’t drink coffee. Nothing else offered to drink, not even a bottle of water. Hot bar, cold food!! If I did not check out before writing this review, I would have posted pictures. Unless everything is booked up in the area, I will not return. If management does not start paying attention, this Best Westerns ratings will start dropping fast.
