MoreI had a wonderful stay at the LAX Hilton for a church conference. The entire staff was awesome. However, the two ladies that I am about to mention took the cake. I had a doctor's appointment, left very early and forgot to call and check out. When I called back, I encountered two of the kindness, most professional young ladies. Their names were Patricia and Monica. They were very personable, patient and kind. Their hospitality was outstanding! Because of Patricia and Monica, I will definitely book another stay at the LAX Hilton.
MoreMost excellent hotel stay! Check in was super fast and thorough. Shoutout to Paola O. for treating me with kindness and being so welcoming, Paola understood the need for water after traveling and came to my rescue! The hotel is bustling and beautiful! My room was exceptional, clean, spacious and so cozy. Looking forward to coming back, don’t hesitate…just book it, The location is so close to the airport and the value is awesome! Thanks for a fantastic stay, delicious breakfast and for having awesome staff, from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant; & thank you especially, Paola!
