Service, in the restaurant, was not good. The dining area needs to be upgraded. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Afternoon Front Desk personnel are rude

IHG has a predatory site feature that applies the points plus cash feature without explicit consent. They imply that you are using your points and then paying the rest in cash, but instead have you buying the points so that they are non-refundable. They don't make it clear and make a refundable fare mainly non-refundable. Terrible customer service as well.

I stayed here for one night for a work event. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely stay here again if I travel back!

Located a pleasant 0.6 mile walk to the Baltimore Convention Center and Inner Harbor. Room and building were clean. Fitness center with the basics. Room had the basic essentials (coffee maker, iron, ironing board, etc.). What was missing in the room was bottle water and plastic laundry bag. Room did not get turned over on the second morning I was there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was adorable, as well as clean and well done up. I was immediately greeted by Carlton who helped me figure out the parking options and even walked me outside to show me and explained how to get to the arena later. The desk staff was a delight every time. Highly recommend!
