Jen was awesome. She went out of her way to answer our questions and make us feel welcome. She is extremely kind and helpful. 5 stars

My family booked this hotel due to unsatisfactory conditions at another hotel. When we arrived at Plaza Hotel Denver Central we were glad we had decided to leave the previous hotel. The room was clean. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The breakfast the following morning was more than satisfactory. Even better the cost didn't break the bank so it was a great value. The lobby was clean and spacious with lots of seating. Very relaxed atmosphere. The location was great (downtown Denver). The noise levels were low. Everyone seemed calm and happy to help.
