We had a great time on the Crescent Hotel ghost tour! There was so much interesting information about the hotel’s history and all the stories surrounding it. It was really cool learning about everything that has happened there and hearing the spooky stories along the way.Clementine was definitely the best part of the tour! She was so fun, knowledgeable, and engaging, and she made the whole experience even better. You could tell she really knew her stuff and enjoyed sharing the history and stories with everyone.I definitely recommend doing the ghost tour! And if you get Clementine as your guide, you’re in for a great time!

If you’re wondering whether the Kids’ Ghost Tour at the Crescent Hotel is appropriate for your child, let me make that decision easy for you: BOOK IT! We couldn’t have been more impressed with both the tour and our phenomenal guide! Our eight-year-old son absolutely loved every minute of it. The tour struck the perfect balance between creepy, mysterious, and fun without ever becoming genuinely frightening. It had just enough spooky storytelling to give kids that delicious little thrill of being scared, while still feeling warm, welcoming, and completely age-appropriate.What truly made this experience exceptional was our tour guide. He was an absolute standout and a gifted storyteller. He had an incredible ability to take the hotel’s fascinating, sometimes dark history and present it in a way that children could understand and enjoy, without unnecessary gore or disturbing details. He was animated, engaging, funny, and knew exactly how to hold the attention of a room full of children. And let’s be realistic: children on a group tour aren’t always the most patient or predictable audience! There were kids ranging from approximately three years old to eleven or twelve, and our guide handled every interruption, unexpected question, and burst of childhood enthusiasm with remarkable patience, kindness, and humor. He never seemed frustrated or thrown off. Instead, he made the children feel like they were part of the experience rather than simply expected to sit quietly and listen. As a parent, I particularly appreciated his ability to recognize when a story needed a softer explanation without taking away the mystery or excitement. That’s a special talent, and he absolutely nailed it.Our son was captivated, entertained, and left with exactly what he had hoped for: a little mystery, a little spookiness, and a whole lot of fun!I cannot recommend this tour highly enough for families. The Crescent Hotel has created a wonderful experience for children, and our guide elevated it from a fun activity to one of the highlights of our visit to Eureka Springs. Five stars simply aren’t enough!
