0 stars If you have low standards this- if you have NO standards then this is the place for you!I stayed here and checked in. Upon entering I was hit with an odor so I went to my car and sprayed febreez, it sorta worked but not really.I was so tired and just needed to sleep it was about 1am july 7th. I sat my items on the table and inspected more. I checked the couch which had hair and crumbs and freaking chicken bone un the cushion. Burn holes in the cushions. I pulled the couch out and there was hair, trash and dead bugs all over. I opened the curtains and there was a mass of dead bugs all over and on the floor as well. The baseboards were covered with hair and dust...just caked it was BAD. I thought maybe I can put my stuff in the drawers. Nope. Batteries hair dead bugs food in every drawer. Not one was clean so I pulled the dresser out. A marker, some toys and you guessed more hair and dead bugs. Upon arrival I asked if there was a refrigerator he said yes. I opened the refrigerator and it was hot and it stank. There was some sort of yellow liquid puddled at the bottom and the door had dirty residue all over it. I asked if there was a microwave he said yes. It was disgusting. And caked with food as well. The vanity hadn't even been wiped you could see it hadn't been cleand. The mirror was spotty and just gross. The bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Toilet was nasty they didnt even try you could see the urine all over it and yep more hair dust and bugs. The tub was black on the bottom and you could see the dirt stains run down the walls of the shower/tub. They just threw a bathmat on the side and called it good. Behind the door was trash and those little plastic cups they leave for you. I didn't dare lay in the bed. Pulled the sheets back. I didn't see any bugs, but lots of speckles so who knows what it was. By this point I just went ahead and assumed there were. Hair hair hair stains so gross I can't believe it! I decided to pull the side dresser and bed out. In the side dresser more hair visible nastiness on the surface of that dresser as well. More dirt more hair and under the bed a vacuum hose. Almond joy wrappers a lighter hair crumbs and what was the last straw a cockroach about to give birth. I grabbed all my items and headed back to my vehicle. Went to the office and asked for a refund he said why. I showed him. He tried to give me another room so I gave him a chance and I checked the bed and was greeted with hairs on the pillow and a nice red stain at the head of the bed. I said I'm good I'd like a refund. We went back to the office and he went to the register and started to pull out money then stopped and said oh you used a card. The manager isn't in and I don't know how to do it you'll have to come back later. I told him I'm from out of the area. He said call back and we will get it. I have continued to call back to try and get my refund but to no avail. I did learn by my own knowledge by my numerous calls that he lied he is the manager and he won't give me my money. I really feel like he staright up robbed me. I know it isn't much but for 75.56 for one night it is nowhere near worth it. Needless to say I slept in my car and am contemplating taking it to small claims court because after reading reviews this has to stop someone has to be held accountable. Someone will be contacted and I will do my best to get this place shut down. And the reviews of oh this is a great place nice and clean, yeah right

My stay at regency was very nice. The staff is super friendly. I found its location to be very convenient to most places I needed. The rooms were pretty clean, and I felt safe being alone . I'd definitely stay there again and the price was good.

It is a great place, the staff is amazing and friendly they work hard and fast. They really do amazing to accommodate and keep a clean hotel. The prices are fairly cheap as well. The place has a lot of history for the town that is a bonus.

OMG! I have NEVER stayed in a place this bad in my life! Filthy, bathroom was totally disgusting.....not sure what color the bathtub was originally. Could not get the shower to work and toilet would not flush. I was getting ready for the day and a roach was crawling on the wall around the light fixture above the vanity. I found a hair from the former attendant on the bed sheets. The odor of the room smelled like mold and mildew. The neighbors were creepy looking and trying to verbally bum stuff. There was no security lock inside for our safety. The room furniture had not been dusted in days and the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned or replaced in decades. Come to this area with no reservations and you too can spend nightmare on Walnut for the jacked up price of 79.00 plus tax. (Room was recommended over the phone by another hotel.) Booked unseen.

I stayed here for a week when I was not finding any other place in NWA. I saw this Motel in Rogers and was fortunate to find a room. The room was clean, Bed was OK, Bathroom nice and all electricals worked. Thats what matters to me. However the walls are super thin, you may get disturbed by Television next door. I was embarrassed enough to ask the couple on the next room to go slow. She was too loudly moaning in the wee hours and I was on phone that time ;)
