Reviews
tripadvisorHighly recommend this hotel! We chose this location based on reviews which did not disappoint. We had such a great experience. The customer service was wonderful! I appreciate the 3pm check-in and the 12pm check out times.. this is so helpful to not rush in the morning! Comfy beds, clean room, indoor pool, breakfast, and the cookies at night are such a nice treat. Thank you all for making this an enjoyable stay.
MoreOverall, this was a good stay. We were upgraded to a king study and it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was predictably good and the premises were clean and apparently well-managed. The hotel seems to be under renovation and I'm sure it will be even nicer when that's done.
MoreI got the impression that this is a new Hampton Inn based on the modern, fresh look of the entire property. Our double queen room was great - spacious with comfy beds, reliable wifi, and multiple device charging points. Breakfast was exceptional - the options were varied and plentiful - one of the best Hampton Inn breakfasts that I have ever experienced. The dining area was spacious, bright with plenty of tables and chairs. It’s in a great location off the I-49 but far enough away to have minimal traffic noise. Food and shopping options are many both walking distance and a short drive away.
MoreI made reservations for my wife and I to stay while we helped her mom pack to move. Upon arrival the room reservation was wrong. Instead of trying to be professional and admit it was wrong (after showing them room confirmation) it immediately was fault of 3rd party website. They said only rooms booked online with Hilton were guaranteed room that is reserved. I have traveled for years and stayed at hotels thousands of times and NEVER had a wrong room when booked through Kayak, Travelocity, Hotels.com etc. They said that would make it right the second night and change rooms to a side of the hotel that was quiet. Upon arriving to hotel for 2nd night they had not moved rooms yet and all that was available was on noisy side of hotel. Brittany was as rude as anyone I have met at a hotel. I told her she said she could get me a room the day before and why did she not do so. I told her she was rude and she then threw the room key my way and sarcastically said “have a nice night”. Traveler BEWARE!! I have stayed in the area many times and different hotels and I would avoid Hampton Inn Rogers/Bentonville as there are better options where they don’t mix up your room, they actually keep their word, and don’t throw a room key your way because you are frustrated they did not do as they said they would. There are many other hotels in the area and I would put this at the bottom of your list.
MoreThis was a bit of a last minute booking because we decided to go to Bentonville instead of Ft. Smith. Booked this because I saw a lot of good reviews. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is older, and even though they did some reno….could have definitely been updated more. Room was just typical mid range, but quite expensive (as are most hotels since Covid). We did enjoy seeing downtown Bentonville…walkable win free parking. We found a great restaurant for dinner, and will give that review as well. Breakfast was included and okay.
