Booked for three nights while attending expansion opening of Crystal Bridges Museum. Absolutely convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. One block from I-49. Room was spacious, well appointed, cared for and clean. Breakfast was well supplied and staffed. All guest service agents at the desk were knowledgeable and helpful. Robin, in particular, was exemplary.The morning of checkout, facing a 10-hour drive home, a storm rolled in that would have followed me AND there was flooding already in my home state. Robin verified that the room was not booked and took care of everything necessary for my one night extension. She was personable, pleasant and professional.Will stay again if in the area in the future, guaranteed!

Hampton Inn in Bentonville, AR is a popular hotel that could use a few updates. The room was ok, but the quality of the room did not meet our expectation for the rate charged. Road noise was present but not bad. Worse noise rattled from the HVAC unit in room. The room would be ok for times of year that heating/cooling is not needed at night; the noisy unit disturbed our sleep. Overall, the Hampton Inn at Bentonville/Rogers met our needs. Breakfast was good with the expected Hampton Inn options. The location was convenient for seeing Crystal Bridges Art Museum, Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel, and the Walmart Museum.

Highly recommend this hotel! We chose this location based on reviews which did not disappoint. We had such a great experience. The customer service was wonderful! I appreciate the 3pm check-in and the 12pm check out times.. this is so helpful to not rush in the morning! Comfy beds, clean room, indoor pool, breakfast, and the cookies at night are such a nice treat. Thank you all for making this an enjoyable stay.

Overall, this was a good stay. We were upgraded to a king study and it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was predictably good and the premises were clean and apparently well-managed. The hotel seems to be under renovation and I'm sure it will be even nicer when that's done.

I got the impression that this is a new Hampton Inn based on the modern, fresh look of the entire property. Our double queen room was great - spacious with comfy beds, reliable wifi, and multiple device charging points. Breakfast was exceptional - the options were varied and plentiful - one of the best Hampton Inn breakfasts that I have ever experienced. The dining area was spacious, bright with plenty of tables and chairs. It’s in a great location off the I-49 but far enough away to have minimal traffic noise. Food and shopping options are many both walking distance and a short drive away.
