Very clean I stay in a lot of hotels in many areas this is the place to be great staff very clean rooms very very strict room cleaning and bug prevention you can sleep clean and worried free well kept pool and hot tub perfect ph levels and very delicious breakfast eggs sausage bacon and much more rooms are updated and clean BETER THEN EVAN BIG NAME HOTELS

This will be a very fine hotel once the remodeling is completed. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The wi-fi worked perfectly. We enjoyed some college football on the TV. Everything was fine.

The room smelled musty, refrigerator, microwave, and the coffee maker were all filthy. I selected the Jacuzzi room, but after seeing the nasty appliances, I could not see myself using the Jacuzzi because the whole room gave me the heebie-jeebies. The bed appeared to be clean. The pillows were small and not very comfortable. Also, when I was bringing in my bags, I was told I could use the side doors that was closest to my room so I pulled around to that side, but there were two males standing right in front of the doors blocking them. That appeared like they could be employees? They decided to stand in front of the doors. To smoke cigarettes and drink beer as they used the trashcan as a table so I had to drive back around and enter the main entrance. 10/10 Don’t recommend.

This Best Wester is a mixture of good and bad. It is located near a few restaurants, gas station and freeway entrance. The facility is maintained and the breakfast room is very good. They have cut back on a few things like Maid service every day (every 3 days) and the TV service not terrific. Overall, not a bad place to stay.
