I accidentally left behind my sweater when we checked out and like 30 minutes after we left I realized so I called and asked if they can keep it there for me and I can go get it she told me to call back tomorrow when the housekeeping lady are there then I called again and they said nothing was left behind in the room. I know I left it there so for them to say that is ridiculous. I understand if I hadn’t called about it and they kept it but I called twice asking for it and nothing. Most likely one of the housekeepers kept it.Not only that but the receptionist who answered my call was absolutely rude and asked me to please stop bothering them after I said like two times I know it was left there. And we found a bug on the bed lol

Amy at this Best Western is always fantastic. When she helps me she always makes me feel welcome. Location is perfect for what I need to do when I am there.

This hotel was subpar and I had bugs in my bed. I had to be moved twice the first day, first because of a TV that was unwatchable and second time because of bugs. I use a wheelchair and having to move twice was very hard for me. The second move took place at 9:30 at night on the first night of my stay The staff was helpful and tried to help, but the tv problem was something they couldn't fix. Management was not helpful at all. He wasn't there and didn't contact me after I emailed him. It seems management doesn't care about much of anything except your credit card I am disappointed and upset about the treatment I received at this hotel I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Cynthia Lewis

Water on the floor, television did not work. This situation could only be handled by a person who was never at the hotel during my stay. I left exhausted and disappointed. Staff was minimally responsive.

I had 2 rooms (1 with 2 queen beds and 1 with a king).The WiFi was very spotty, so my son and I decided to stop trying to connect.My elderly parents stayed in the king room. I didn't know until the next day that when they checked in there were lots of large toenail clippings all over the room's carpet! I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out. My parents should absolutely have mentioned it when they got in their room (but they are old and never want to be a problem or bring up an issue). The front desk said next time it happens, they would bring up a vacuum... which was not really the sort of response I would have expected.It is close to the airport and everything... but the toenail thing (and response) mans I will probably not stay here again!
