Awesome hotel. Nice and quiet

Let me start off with the staff was fantastic. And tried to help as much as they could. I was only in a hotel because my house I was renting was needing repairs and causing me to get sick from the ammonia smell. Needed a place where I could sleep without more health issues. I have a pretty bad sensitivity to mold and mildew, annd Every room I went to was extremely musty and damp. First room I had, had green mold growing on the headboard. Beds felt wet to the touch. I believe it caused more damage than good for my health. Would not recommend.

It was located next to Adventureland Park not far from I-80. It wasn't obvious where to find though. Room was clean and all the basic necessities covered. Loved the motion lighting around base of bed. Easy to see way to bathroom at night. Also bathroom mirror had a touchscreen circle that lit up edges for doing makeup that I hadn't seen before!

Because 0 is not an option. Staff don't follow their own policy and give bad information to guest that resulted in my mother's car being towed. We had to pay $340+. The on duty staff were not able to resolve it so they reached out to the owner. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were angry but not hostile or aggressive.We were simply stating that we did what we were told by his staff. Because his staff failed to follow through and make a note for the car not to be towed we expected them to make it right. Then to cover up her failure to make a note she lied about what she told us. The owner then told us if we didn't leave the lobby that he was going to call the police. All we were asking for was for them to right their wrong.
