Alongside other restaurants like Sinatra and Costa Di Mare, at Mizumi the menu features authenticity in the form of Japanese cuisine. From teppanyaki (iron griddle) and robatayaki (fire-roasted) tables to fresh, innovative sushi and sashimi, the talented chefs here have what you want. Another highlight is the ambience; the tables are surrounded by tranquil Koi ponds and giant fish sculptures, all housed under pagoda style roofs and red furnishings which are more reminiscent of China than Japan. Nevertheless, the food prepared right in front of you is always superb.
