Hilton couldn’t fix an issue to allow guests the ability to open the room. Everytime you left the room, you would need to be escorted back to have the room opened. Digital key would not load and the front desk was apologizing to everyone and stating it’s some issue with the whole system while the corporate response was sending feedback to hotel staff (front desk) as mgmt was unavailable. Do not recommend this hotel. Staff tried to be as helpful as they could, and was left with no support from mgmt. Very disappointed

Parking was free and plentiful. The check in process was very easy. Lexi was polite, friendly, and was able to supply a couple of needed items for my husband and me. The room was exceedingly clean and the beds very comfortable. There was no noise. None. The bathroom was clean and well-supplied. The breakfast was what you expect from this chain, but we enjoyed it. Upon checkout, Nicole was kind and helpful. I truly have no complaints.

Lexi the GM is incredibly rude and no business working in the hospitality field. She completely ruined my entire experience with Hilton hotels. Instead of trying to help solve my problems and use costumer service skills, she became condensing and disrespectful. She has no business working in this type of setting. I will never stay here due to having such a terrible interaction with the manager.

The breakfast all 4 days tasted like it was a week old. The front desk was friendly for the most part until asked for something or a question then it was a unfriendly encounter. Room was clean for most part. Did find small beds and other items on the floor was accompanied with a visit from my family during the stay so was stressful having little ones running around floor. Pool is freezing. Even heard other guest say it was a sobering feeling entering it. Overall was not a welcoming experience.

This place was in an area with no retail so restaurants and other places were further down the highway . Not much here but a gas station . Quiet however. Staff were friendly and prices reasonable. The breakfast area was clean and inviting but nothing appealing . No half and half for coffee- all fake creamers . No butter - all margarine products- disgusting. Milk in container was spoiled . First time I ever failed to find something in a hotel to eat . Probably wouldn’t stay here again if I have other choices but as I said it was very clean and staff were friendly.
