I booked a couple of trips for me and my wife, and there days later I had yet to receive anything from them - no confirmation, no emails, nothing! I called two days later to check, and their attendant (Alexis) was not only extremely rude, but told me to look for another service and hung up on me. Since my CC had already been charged I had to call again to make sure my reservation was cancelled and properly refunded, and also because I wanted to make sure a manager heard about this poor and inappropriate customer service - only to have Alexis (again) deny access to a supervisor/manager and hang up on me again. Terrible/awful service.

I was picked up on time by an excellent driver who I had before. However, we waited three hours for another fare. I tried to contact their dispatch while waiting but to no avail. After my trip, i have been unsuccessful in getting hold of a supervisor. I have made three attempts over three days without success. This is disappointing as most of my trips have gone well.

Been riding around and around the airport for THREE HOURS!!!! Absolutely horrible! Called Smart Shuttle office and she hung up on us. Driver is waiting for another rider whose flight arrives a few hours after ours! Trapped in this van! Older lady in van has extreme leg pain.

3 hours going around arport waiting for outher riders. Smart shuttle hung up on us after requesting to take us home. You decided if you want to use this service.

Do not use this company! Absolute shambles. After $90 of phone calls (please wait) and nearly 2 hours of waiting we gave up and got an Uber - which is what anyone reading this should do (and it was very slightly cheaper!). They are now ignoring our attempts at dialogue.
