Seattle STS Town Car IncArk picked us up from the Seattle airport and saw us safely and efficiently to our destination at Per 66. On our return to the airport Rudy was also the perfect driver and provided wonderful service. I would not hesitate to book with STS in the future. Their rates are great, vehicles clean and drivers are on time and very diligent and communicative!

Stayed at a hotel that used Seattle Town Car to transport us to Carnival Cruise Port for a charge. The hotel had no control over them.We reserved a spot for 10:15 next day. Next day there were several SUV'S, but we were put on the last one, which was the smallest one. We had 3 people, a mobility scooter, a walker, 3 large and 1 small suitcase. When we got boarded the back was completely filled up and 4 seats were available, since there was 3 of us that was fine. At this point it was 10:45 and we had an 11:00 boarding point for the ship. But then the driver informed us we had to pick up 2 more people at another hotel. When we got to the other hotel there were 2 people and they had 2 large suitcases. My husband told him there was no room for them and their suitcases and to please call for another car to take them. The driver called his supervisor who asked to speak to my husband, who cannot hear on phones, so I took the call. I was informed if we did not co-operate, we would be taken back to the hotel. I told my husband to let him do what he wanted. At this point it is 11:00. My scooter can be broken down into 3 parts. He put the base in the from seat, the small suitcase between the front seat and the driver seat, on the console, unfolded one seat in 3rd row and a woman and my 20year old grandson sat on that one seat. Grandson was practically sitting on her lap. The back was full, 2 people were sitting in a 1person seat,3 people were in 2nd row and front row had driver and scooter base. We got to the port at 11:30. It was a horrible experience. Another van should have been called for the other hotel guests. If it had not been so late and our baggage had not already been loaded, I would have called another service. I would not recommend them.

I was not happy at all with the service. I assume it was the mgr or owner, but anyway after having this reservation set up for my group for months, the day before he changed the time to 45 mins later. When I called to inquire and let him know this was unacceptable, he proceeded to tell me that I had plenty time to board the cruise ship. I told him that wasn’t the point, I want the time that was confirmed. He never apologized nor explained why the time was changed. In additional, He was unprofessional, talked over me and just outright rude! HOWEVER, the driver was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I will never use nor recommend this company again and if you are not flexible with your time or require professionalism. I suggest you don’t use them either. Of I could give negative stars I would!

I have used Seattle Town Car in the past, and the service was great. However, earlier this month I booked a ride to SeaTac the day before, received an e-mail confirmation immediately, and thought all was good. Not so. No arrival the next day. The phone number in the e-mail was to a disconnected answering service, and the number on the website went unanswered. The only saving grace was that my VISA was not charged.

We traveled to Seattle for a Royal Caribbean cruise. I booked Seattle Town Car to pick us up on Friday and drive us to the cruise port. I also booked them to pick us up at the Pier one week later to catch our flight home. In both cases they were early and found us. The drivers were courteous and professional and loaded and unloaded the bags. They were great and we highly recommend them. I would hire this transport service again - love the large vehicles !
