No complaints, had really friendly staff and room was clean. Everything was as expected and pretty straightforward.

We checked in for a 3-night stay based upon good reviews and location. We checked in, went to our room and immediately doubted our decision to stay there. The sleeper sofa was very worn and stained as was the chair next to it. Our bed was very worn with visible divots on each sleeping side. The bedspread was also old and stained. The other furniture in the room looked as if it was rescued from a dumpster. We immediately phoned the front desk and were given a new room without any hesitation or apology for the first room condition, as if this were an every day occurrence.The second room was a little better, but not by much. The road noise was ridiculously loud and the floors were dirty. They were not carpeted, which was good, at least as I would not have wanted to walk on it. Housekeeping/maintenance was very lax, with room door being askew, paint on mirrors, and peeling paint in bathroom,among other things.We checked out the following day due to room conditions and were not even asked why we were leaving. We made our displeasure with the room clear, and did not even receive an acknowledgement of there being an issue. Of note, a family member also traveled with us (in a separate room) and had very similar issues.Stay anywhere else if you want to have an enjoyable stay

Trip started bumpy but Donna the GM was there for a quick save. Great location and easy accessibility to Lexington or the interstate. Beds and rooms are well equipped and very comfortable.

Definitely needs a serious upgrade.There were bugs and spiders in the corners, so clearly no real cleaning was being done. Parts of the ceiling were coming off, the shower curtain was ripped, and there were stains all over the carpet. No body wash was provided either. Just gross overall—but unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay.

Very run down hotel and noisy as it is right beside the highway. The front desk did accommodate our request to be on the opposite side of the building and away from the elevator. However, Walls are paper thin and we could hear neighbours in their rooms and the hallway noise was especially loud. Could hear water running from rooms above and beside us. Furniture in the “suite” was sparse and uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. Positive: the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good.
