I booked a ride from home to the airport 2 times and received confirmations , text and email, only to have it canceled somehow. The personnel didn't know what happened either time.

we confirmed our transfer from the hotel to the airport last night, we were ment to be picked up at 04:30...unfortunately enough the service got confuses and they dis not collect us. called the contact centre and the first thing they do i say is not their fault and you should wait!!! about to miss my flight home because of irresponsible service

First time in Oklahoma City, used this service to and from the airport. Excellent service, excellent efficiency and effectiveness. On time and very pleasant and engaging drivers.
