My family needed to be in Moore for the night, and we ended up rolling the dice on one of the more affordable options. It is a value, I’ll give them that but you probably get what you pay for. Biggest observation of note for potential tenants- this hotel is parked RIGHT by the highway and has some cheap single pane windows. If you’re a light sleeper like me, good luck. All you’ll hear all night is the sound of cars. More specific to my room, the bathroom door wasn’t able to be closed (see pic) because their solution to a busted out hollow core door was to just add more screws. Not to be the picky handyman, but that never works and not surprisingly didn’t this time either. I’m sure that’s an isolated issue- I’m sure your room will have a working bathroom door- but as a specific example I think it speaks to the level of detail and care. If they rent out a room with an obviously non-working door, what other details are being overlooked? What other corners are being cut?

Great hotel with super friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access to many locations in the Moore/OKC area.

Staff was awesome housekeeping was awesome and breakfast was delicious

This hotel is easy to find and in a great neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a Jacuzzi room. The room was huge! The Jacuzzi was great and the bed was comfy. The heated pool looked nice but we didn't use it. The breakfast choices were good. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good.

Hotel charges a $10 fee after you have already booked and can't cancel. Shady practice that you can't get out of, but I will file a charge back on my credit card. Does not matter how good or bad facility was, when your visit starts out like this, it ruins it.
