I had a great time. There were some struggles getting all the people organized, but once that was all taken care of, it was very smooth. I think the organizers and boat operators were really cool and they added to the experience.

Our experience was supposed to start at 11:00. On our way to the venue, we get a text and email that our event had been moved to 12:15. They gave no reason. Luckily, we didn't have any other excursions planned for that day in Miami or we would be toast. We still arrived at the site to make sure we knew where we were going. To our surprise, the owner of the boat was there. She took the boat out at 11:00 with 4 people on board including herself. I called to inquire why they left instead of completing the tour and was told they moved our time because our party were the only ones scheduled and they don't take the boat out with just 3 people even though we just saw them leave with 3 people. I asked them how many people were scheduled for the 12:15 tour. They said 15. At 12:00, they still were not back so I called again, and they said they had to go get fuel for the boat and were on the way back. The driver of the boat arrived and said they were out getting fuel. If they knew they needed fuel, why not go get it at 9 or 10 to be ready for the 12:15 change. They put their interests before the interests of the people that had prepaid. Other people started showing up for their scheduled 12:00 tour. We eventually left about 12:45. The driver gave a good summary of what to expect. They started playing rap music whereby every other word was the n word. That seemed rather strange with us being African Americans. It seemed they didn't care. The music also contained explicit lyrics despite small children onboard. I wondered if they were sending a message to me as they could tell I was quite upset at the delays in 90-degree temperatures. Once out on the water, the experience was wonderful and a lot of fun. The driver performed stunts that got us completely wet which they had already warned us and other stunts of turning and going into the air. It was wild. Upon return, I told the driver it was a good experience and even gave them a $10 tip. The driver said he wanted to make the excursion extra special because they were worried because I had such a disappointed look on my face because of all the delays and run around. They got to the point where they wouldn't answer my calls when inquiring about the delays. Overall, good ride but poor business management and attention to music detail.

My husband and I along with our 5 year old son love this jet boat trip! Our son was smiling and shrieking with excitement the whole time. It is was a thrilling adventure in between beach time and the captain and crew were very nice and easy going. On our trip we bumped up and down over the wake of other boats, did 360's, and got some splashes. We stopped for a skyline picture and listened to music the whole time.

Online booked and paid, found the boat in time, but no stuff there! No Tour, 50$ gone, and no response on emails. Worst experience ever. Wasted one of my 3 Miami days. Tried to get in touch for a refund, without success! Thanks for nothing.

They were kind for giving us a tour and keeping us safe on the thrill ride. Got super wet on the ride and my friends were had all smiles.
