Nu Mvmnt is a boutique / niche gallery and shared studio space located in the heart of Rochester's own, NOTA. All classes take place in an Art Gallery setting with no more than 20 people per class to give our attendees a truly unique, art infused and holistic wellness experience. With a separate, fully stocked Prop-Room, heated bamboo floor and complimentary herbal tea station, it is our goal to make you feel like our guest and not a number. Weekly classes include Candlelit Yoga, Contemporary Dance, Morning Yoga, BollyX classes and so much more!
