We were truly surprised and disappointed as two longtime Naples friends hoping to have a luxurious, belated co-birthday spa day. Carla and Eni's treatments were lovely but the overall experience was very lacking. There is no room to relax in, you wait for services in a busy hallway - def not luxury no relaxing. We were not told that neither of the spa showers were useable...not even in the men's locker room due to leaking problems of late! The ladies' locker room was dark and small, and apparently the one toilet there is used by all of the female staff as it was a steady stream of maintenance and admin people coming and going the whole time 2.5 hours we were there. We had double checked that our various services were understood and yet we had to ask to be refunded for two add-on services we didn't get! Then when we asked WHERE we could shower so we could go to dinner and after a few minutes an arrangement was made to allow us to go down the hall to a room to use the shower so we shuffled down there in our robes. Even having to ask for water created an issue as the lemon water container was not working correctly so there were several of us waiting at a time to get a glass of water. Odd. Very odd and it was $950.00 without even a way to put our feet up or order a glass of wine or tea while we waited...luckily we had a wonderful dinner at Ocean Prime but will not recommend the spa to any of our customers!

I'd give this place a zero star if we could. Don't book here if you actually have plans and want service. We booked a couples massage for a Tuesday afternoon. We were staying at the hotel and decided to check in on the spa earlier in the day to see what other spa facilities were included. They informed us 3 hours before the massage that they would have to cancel 1 of the 2 people. They didn't call, we only knew because we stopped in. Their books were totally full so it isn't like someone went home sick or something. They recommended we go to their partner spa at la playa at 4pm (20-30 mins away) the FOLLOWING DAY. We are not from the area and getting away for just a short stay. We agreed to just keep the one appt at the spa on 5th because what other choice did er have? Then, they called back <2hrs before the remaining appointment to cancel that too with zero explanation. No compensation, no alternative, a promise of maybe a manager calling us back in a day or two (none on site). Not holding our breath. If you are actually looking for service, don't book here because they'll cancel on you last second - and maybe even not let you know.

My generous daughter treated me to a spa massage today in celebration of my 63rd birthday! Carla was amazing and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! The spa was immaculate and so peaceful! I will definitely be back and will request Carla!

Carla was fantastic! I booked a 90 minute therapeutic massage and decided to increase the pressure to deep tissue, also adding a hot stone treatment. Not cheap, but well worth it!

We had separate massages during a vacation at the Inn. Judy was fabulous with booking in advance, getting us set up, and offering local insights too. We did not use the steam or sauna, yet found the quality of our massages to be very good.Recommended.
