Los Angeles Shuai Jiao Wrestling Team is a amateur Shuai Jiao sports team that practices and competes in national and international circuits. Shuai Jiao is the cultural wrestling style of the Chinese, which is one of the oldest martial arts styles going back as far as 1000 BC. Our lead coach, Guanda He, is a world heavy weight Shuai Jiao champion as well as 12-time national heavy weight champion in China. His resume includes coaching the Inner Mongolia team and is currently a international sports judge/referee. Come learn practical self defense, train in discipline, and gain confidence. Our curriculum includes conditioning, fundamental drills, and sparring all in a friendly, fun and safe environment. We welcome all ages and all genders. See you there!
