Seema Sood, MD, is a distinguished physician with years of experience providing outstanding services for her many patients at Green Valley Primary Care in Las Vegas. Dr. Sood started her career by attending University College of Medical Sciences at the University of Delhi in India. Following her graduation in 1989, Dr. Sood moved to the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, where she completed her internship and residency in 1993. Dr. Sood has been a resident of Las Vegas for the past 10 years, opening her solo practice six years ago with the help of family and friends. Her philosophy is that her patients should enjoy the same standard of care as she would wish for her loved ones. More than most people, Dr. Sood understands the devastating effects of ill health and disease, having survived cancer an astonishing seven times. As well as her extensive medical expertise, Dr. Sood specializes in personalized weight loss programs, the management of diabetes and osteoporosis, and the use of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
