Online reservation was successful, and I liked including the tip at that time. Instructions via text upon my arrival at PHX were concise and understandable. The van was on time, the driver efficient when loading luggage. The driver seemed safe on the freeway. I was at my dropoff point on time or even a little early. I have used Groome in the past and would use them again.

I booked the night before. They provided very clear instructions on where the pickup location was which was helpful. Shuttle arrived exactly on time and got to my destination quickly. Driver was courteous and safe. I will most definitely use them again when flying from Phoenix airport

Groome Transportation is the best way to get from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and back again. Reservations are easy to make without any issues arising. If you need to change your information or modify it that is also easily done. The staff are friendly, courteous and respectful of our time getting from one point to another. Our driver (Tony) was very friendly and told some really great stories to entertain us. He conversed with each of us and was always smiling While he was picking up couple for our return flight home from Albuquerque he came across a Karen moment and he handled with grace without flipping out. His sense of humor and his knowledge of Santa Fe and Albuquerque were great. Thanks Tony for a great trip to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. You rock!

We used Groome Transportation Services today for the first time on the recommendation of friends. We arrived at their Tucson depot 20 minutes ahead of schedule and had a comfortable Lounge to wait in and a clean well equipped restroom to use. The lady who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. Our driver was Javier. He was extremely professional and helpful. He loaded our bags and assisted us in boarding the van. He kept us aware of the timing of our arrival at Phoenix airport and we arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. He enquired as to the airline we were flying with and dropped us right in front of the closest door. Thank you Javier for your awesome service! I highly recommend leaving the driving to Groome and relaxing on your way to or from the airport!
