MoreMy room was sooo dark. There was literally no light unless I turned on the lamps. My room received zero natural light because my window faced a brick wall that was about 5 feet away. The hotel was NOT full. Im not sure why I would be given such a dark room. The outlets on both sides of the bed were stretched out and inoperable. There was a strong musty odor in the room. The curtains were the culprit. The lobby looked nice; however, the guest rooms are in need of a renovation. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls.
MoreThe Courtyard by Marriott in Killeen gave us a very nice, restful stay on very short notice on the eve of Thanksgiving 2025. The price was reasonable. The room was clean, pleasant and quiet, everything was in good order and repair. The atmosphere and people were very nice. Night and day from the place we originally booked at. We had a room on the 6th floor facing the highway which was a little bit noisy every now and then but had a great view. We are glad we gave this hotel a try and will come back next time we visit Killeen.
MoreStayed a few weeks ago, and just returned from a long road trip. That said, I would be remiss without commenting on the service provided by Victoriana. As a retiree, I remember service with genuine care. I almost forgot I was traveling. The warm reception and curtious service had a feel of family. Thanks Victoriana for YOUR SERVICE!!!
