Holy cow! They need to just knock this place down and start over. It has been used and abused. Location to the Expo Center is the only reason to stay here. It's a mess. I won't go thru everything that needs repaired or cleaned. Not enough space here. I knew I was taking a chance when I booked. I saw the ratings/reviews. I would advise to stay elsewhere. The proximity to the Expo Center is nice. Not worth it.

This place used to be fine, then it deteriorated greatly. It now on the rebound. The beds are comfortable, the water gets hot, the electricity works. The floors could use a little more care, but things are looking up.The breakfast wasn't much.

expo inn is a good, no frills, no over-priced hotel. very nice, clean rooms, with comfortable beds. the staff were very friendly and accomodating. this hotel is also at a nice location, next to expo building in mid-town tulsa. has wal-mart and great food places nearby.would recommend for a very reasonable priced hotel and good, clean place to stay when in tulsa, oklahoma.

While we did have 3 beds in one room we ended up having to rent another room but that was ok. Very clean and happy to help when you needed it. Close to the horse show that we were there for and were able to walk. Close to food witch was a good thing. Would happily stay there again
