tel.phone co. put fiber optic line in so when it rained left a mess washed out road no ones fault, we asked about it the next day they fixed the road did a great job thanks to all that were on top...

Literally everything. Zero customer service when there is an outage the 800 number doesn't work. They hide behind a busy signal and don't give customers any updates. Piss poor.
