Such a cute fun place to go see and try some chocolates! The employees knew everything there was to know about chocolate, and they had so many choices so it made it hard to choose! They also offered an ice pack so we could still walk around downtown without it melting which was wonderful!

I was impressed by the knowledge of the girl who helped us. Her knowledge of the various chocolate bars was amazing. I purchased two different bars, and while they here pricey, they were worth it! They were both dark chocolate and amazing. This is the kind of chocolate that one eats slowly. It is so flavorful and she was right on when she described the undertones in the flavor. Good thing (or bad) I didn’t try the chocolate before we left Fort Collins. If I had, I would probably have purchased more.

The staff was extremely nice and very knowledgeable on the product. We got two bars and they did not disappoint! They were out of the coffee truffles, so I guess that means we will definitely be back.

Delicious and decadent truffles, silky smooth chocolates and palate pleasing beverages. Industrial style atmosphere. If you like chocolate more than ambiance this is the place for you.

We been coming to Nuance since they opened. I used them for a scavenger hunt proposal for my wife. We brought their chocolate up to Long's Peak where we got married. We visit there frequently on trips to downtown. Always greeted with a smile. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Just an incredible place. You won't find anything like it throughout the states and possibly the world. The best assortment of bean to bar that we've found...and we look everywhere we travel. It's our favorite place in Fort Collins hands down. Whether it's for date night, a family outing, or just want quality chocolate on a whim, this is the place to go. It gives you a new appreciation for Real chocolate. Don't even mention the H word in the store (Hersheys).
