At Bellevue Bowen and Occupational Therapy Services therapeutic techniques are utilized to address acute or chronic pain concerns, postural imbalances, myofascial asymmetries, difficulties performing daily activities, or activities related to work or recreation. Following a comprehensive postural assessment, an individualized treatment plan is created for each person. Gentle soft tissue mobilization techniques are then implemented in order to attain pain relief, postural balance, release of myofascial tension patterns, and increased participation in activities of daily living, work and play. The goal is to promote an overall feeling of wellness and participation towards life goals!
