We said for 5 days for a seminar that was in the area. I have to say I was a little shocked that they did away with dressers. We are 2 people staying for several days and all there is a 3 small pull out wired shelves (looks likes vegetable trays; wish I would've taken a picture) next to the refrigerator. My husband had to live out of the suitcase. A lot of my stuff had to be hung up and luckily I remembered to bring extra hangers. There were 2 desks in the room that flanked the tv and fridge and wire racks. May I suggest getting rid of the 2nd desk and putting in dresser. If we had our kids with us it would not have works AT ALL. We had friends staying at another Hampton Inn in up the road and they had the same issue so this much be in all Hamptons now? Or just this area, not sure. The room needed some dusting on the lamps and there was some mold on the caulking in the shower, some wall paper was coming up. Towels were plentiful though so I appreciated that. Refrigerator froze everything and I could not see a way to adjust the settings. Breakfast was changed up every day, it was on a 3 day rotation. Folded eggs with peppers, scrambled eggs, then folded eggs and then it went back to the folded eggs with peppers. All in all it was a good stay, but I miss the old Hampton Inns - it seems they are going down to me, I guess I need to lower my expectation of them.

I stay here any time I am in the Lafayette area, even if it is a longer drive. Clean and super comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Very little noise, even though it is located conveniently near the center of Broussard. Great restuarants very close. The maid service is perfect, every other day for me. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. I even screwed up a reservation, and Nicholas, one of the managers, fixed my issue immediately.

The motel charged a price different than the reservation price. The room was clean but they didn't supply fresh towels each day during my 3 night stay. When I left on a Sunday morning, there was no one at the front desk to provide a receipt. I was told the front desk employ had gone to the grocery store and no one knew when they would return. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was better than some. Hwy 90 in front of the motel is under construction and it is a bit confusing to find the motel at night and in the rain. That is all.

We were visiting family in the area and was attending a wedding. We arrived around 3pm. The receptionist was very delightful. After checking in we sent to our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected, good nothing out of the ordinary.

Robin told my children who are all almost 18 so obviously they are responsible that they couldn’t go do their laundry the night before their tournament also after playing in 100 degree heat today. Also when they went to go get a tooth brush they were rudely stopped and told that “they can’t be wondering around” and “they are under 18” not even giving them the chance to talk, even though they called before and went straight back to their room after! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
