While I have only been here twice I must say that this venue is solid. The decor inside is all rock n roll red n black and a vip vodka bar that can't be measured. The staff is wonderful and the place has great food also. No matter where you sit you can always see the stage! The sound is superb. We needed a rock venue in san jose as cactus closed, cheers (my former work) closed. Love it. Jimmy is super cool and you can book the vip room for a party!! We had a blast.

We recently went to the Rockbar to see a Prince coverband. The Rockbar Theatre is a large theater with various tables, sofas, seats spread throughout. There are a lot of spaces between the seating areas. The only downfall are the huge pillars that are everywhere that block the view to the stage. There is a Vodka Bar area (separate room) that you can go to if you want an area that is more quiet. Not as fancy inside as I thought it would be.

This is a spacious new music venue. There is ample parking at the venue. The line moves slowly but efficiently into the building. The vodka bar is beautiful and spacious with very comfortable seating. There is a main area with tables where you can sit and eat bar food ahead of the gig. My waitress was very friendly and efficient. The sound was pretty good and it was great to be up close and personal for a gig. There are some great acts lined up for here in the next two months so I will be back for sure.

News years eve, understaffed, employees and Bartenders running back and forth no time to smile or talk, 20 minutes in line for a beer ( bought 2 finished 1 before I got my change) ran out of beer at. 10pm only angry orchard or hard liquor after that, security was friendly but spent their efforts keeping general admission out of the preferred admission areas, the crowd in front of the stage were on their own with people trying to start fights, people turned on camera lights to get securities attention to no avail. Thought I found a great place to see great bands with hotel in walking distance. Last time for me. Y&T was awesome, the experience sucked.

Rockbar is a new entertainment theater in San Jose bringing in rock and other musical groups to its theater. It has a number of headliners I am looking forward to seeing. Rockbar also has a nice luxury cocktail bar. They have over 100 types of vodka and offer infused flavors. They can create different cocktails. There is also tequila and whisky flights. Personalized bottle service is also featured. It is one of the better bars in the area for a drink. They do special events like Halloween parties as well. In terms of location, it is in San Jose on Saratoga Avenue. It is a mile or so from the Santana Row section of San Jose.
