The bitters, syrups and cordials are made in-house and the mixologists don’t hesitate in trying out new blending techniques. Even their happy hour is called Social Hour, though it offers discounts just like the traditional version. Every dish is well plated, right from New Zealand Snapper Crudo and Iberico Jamon de Bellota to Spanish Octopus and Wood Fried Oysters.
