Please if you love your family don’t come here. Don’t even think about staying a week. They never clean. They love growing mold. Give you blood stains sheets. The want you to do all the clean. They make you pay a late fee. They let people smoke outside their room. This place is a non smoking room.

Good luck getting a room here if you can get someone to answer the phone or the door. Their posted office hours is 11-7 pm so I wanted to check in at 3. The front office door was locked with all the blinded pulled down. Knocked on the door 3 times before a lady appeared saying she was running reports so it would be 30 minutes before she could get me a room. LMAO I couldn’t believe it. Before I could say, “are you serious?” She closed the door in my face. I just left

It’s finally renovated and the rooms Are quite nice but the amount paying is not worth it but sadly it’s better than most places. The technology fee is ridiculous and should be free their internet SUCKS. People don’t take their stuff out of the washer or dryers so we are forced to remove people’s items out of the dryer yuck! The planes aren’t too bad even though sometimes shakes the windows. The people here are shady and to themselves... smell of weed and hearing neighbours having an intimate marathon all night being stupid loud and keeping us up. We were quite irritated, disrespecting the neighbours. Perks - awesome pressure in shower, the couch is nice and comfy, rooms are clean Cons- shady ppl, paper thin walls hear convos clearly and intimate noises (moaning and disgusting banging against wall), rust in bathroom and no shelving in bathroom too, lack of places to put clothes in, just a small little 3 drawer unit, no garbage cans in the kitchen and bed is uncomfortable. One week stay was enough for us We are leaving! Going somewhere cheaper

I had the most awful experience my co worker got bit up by bes bugs and fleas we took pictures and showed it to the General Manager Joni Hereing and she was not empathetic like it was her way of living. We bleached the room down and alcoholed the beds, went to the laundry mat washed all the sheets and comforters twice. We lifted the bed and there were bugs and bug debris. They sent someone to check after we did all this due to the fact that they are closes Sat-Sun, So Hello quite naturally it would not be anything there. My Co-Worker complained and asked well could she be compensated and then thats when they kicked us out saying someone booked the room for the month. We went to another location on W. Trinity which is the best one and they could not rent us a room due to the incident. Make in worst ppl are smoking in the stairwell that smell like piss and they allow dogs in all the rooms. Its pretty sad how Management has allowed this establishment to be run down they need to fire the whole staff and start from scatch!!
