I stayed for the ENHYPEN concert this Tuesday and this is my favorite hotel to stay at for the Oakland Arena concerts, it’s a great location and I highly recommend anyone stay here when there are concerts nearby. The front desk agent Anahi especially made the checking in process as smooth as possible.

Had a few hiccups with our bookings but Anahi was able to cancel ours for free and get us the room we actually wanted! Never let your husband book the room unless you want to share a bed with your three kids. We still had a great time in SF. Finally crossed off seeing some Anthony Bourdain recs and seen the that rusty old bridge! Love this beautiful hotel and love the city. We will be back!

The Best Western Bayside in Oakland,Ca is one of the far most best lodgings in the city there is. The front desk attendants are all courteous and kind, one name that comes to mind is Anahi…she is such a sweetheart, she goes over and beyond to make your stay worth every dollar spent. The location is quiet and very relaxing, especially if you have the water view rooms. There are a-lot of amenities that are provided at this location. I give it a perfect 10

I rarely leave reviews but had such an incredible experience with KAYLA at the front desk that I couldn’t help but leave a review. She was such a phenomenal guest service coordinator and made all the difference in our stay. She went above and beyond and deserves a promotion! We stayed in room 388 and had a gorgeous view. I strongly recommend a stay here at the beautiful luxurious hotel- 5 stars because of Kayla- she made us feel welcome and at home.

I come here when I need a break from home this time I came for roofing troubles while my house gets fixed everytime I’m here the staff take good care of me Especially Kim. Their bar and grill at executive inn and suites is delicious, they help me put my order in too
