They had their annual holiday sale, with everything in the store marked 40 percent off. What a deal! I went to buy a relative's favorite Irish body lotion but ended up getting a few more things because it was hard to resist the sale. They also had complimentary coffee, salad, pastries, sandwiches, and fruit -- so nice of the owner(s)!

We were strolling the OOB area before the Memorial Day Weekend frenzy, and we went into Beachology. This is one of our favorite shops in OOB, if not THE favorite. Compared to a lot of other shops in OOB that have mass-produced and cheap goods, Beachology is a refreshing change. They have some great clothing and accessories, home goods and decor, pottery, fragrances, jewelry, seaglass and other beachy art. What's nice is that they're open longer than the summer tourist season.

We were surprised Beachology is still open, even though it's December and the summer season is done. They had several holiday items, including ornaments, and a lot of them had a Maine or coastal theme.

We liked it just as much as we did on previous visit before COVID. Lots of 'beachy' stuff and all sorts of goods, with better quality than most of the souvenir and gift shops in Old Orchard. They had the Irish skin lotion that I like, Inis.

This has the most variety than any other gift shop I’ve been. A must see! Lots of unique items! You won’t be disappointed
