Iron Warrior Gym is now a huge 9,000 sq ft facility dedicated to those who want to train hard without distraction or pretense. We are three individuals (not a corporation or group of investors) that want to build a community of like-minded individuals who enjoy the process of constantly challenging oneself to grow mentally and physically. Simply put, this is a gym for people who don't like going to the ordinary, everyday gym that encourages mediocrity. This is a place to train hard-nothing more. If you're looking for a crowd cheering you on followed by a spa session followed by a fresh towel and smoothie, we cannot help you. On the same token, though, you need not be a seasoned professional. We despise the elitist attitude so prevalent in the "fitness industry." If you need direction or advice you will get it-without judgement. Do what you cannot at other places.....use chalk, bring your own music, and throw weight around!!!! Prepare for the next strongman competition, MMA fight, powerlifting competition, fitness, or body-building event, sports season, work as LE or FD, competitive cycling, injury recovery, or just rep out that last set to reaffirm your commitment to yourself and your family. Our goal is to provide equipment and an atmosphere that you can't find elsewhere.
