As a first time, customer who had an emergency come up and lost the appointment time I’m extremely disappointed in this company and the way that they handle the situation. Tiffany the front office manager was extremely unprofessional yelled at me through the phone. Needless to say I would never try to rebook with this company nor what I want any of their staff touching me. Fair warning be careful before you book with this company because they will try to charge you a cancellation fee
