United States Post Office in Plano, TX – Reviews, Hours, and Contact Details

United states postal service: ***** REDACTED ******

Long line at lunch hours. (12:30 Tuesday.)

Great Customer service better than the one on West plano. Other location told us to take our packages to the back of the building

There was no available complaint process. Only option is to return/refuse delivery

I certainly hope that in the future we will use a different carrier. This is shocking

If I could leave zero I would. Never had a pleasant visit here and every staff person I've encountered so far has been EXTREMELY rude
