Room was clean, everything in the room worked. There was a small refrigerator and coffee machine, no microwave.Lady at the desk was pleasant and helpful .
MoreWe really enjoyed (as usual) our stay at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Plano. Shirley at the front desk took care of all of our needs. Of course, the breakfast with Arturo was fantastic with a fresh omelette and sauces. The pool is shaded by lovely trees. A grocery store is next door. Our room, the extra large handicapped suite, was clean, large, and enjoyable. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

MoreI come to Dallas for a doctor's visit and I bring a few of my sisters and we make it a shopping visit also. But every time we stay here and we love it. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is out of this world also with great service
MoreCheck in time 3:00 pm, arrived at 3:30 and room was not available and being told to come back in 1 hour.There was a cockroach on our bed in Room 219. It was on the sheet and then ran underneath the bed frame. We were finally able to get it and kill it.You may want to have an exterminator inspect the room to make sure there isn’t an infestation.
