The location is nice, friendly staff. However, we did have multiple issues. There could be improvements with the cleanliness (dirty bedding is unacceptable). In addition, in my preferences, I specifically have a request to be away from the elevator due to having an infant. (My room was directly in front of the elevator) I felt like I was at an amusement park. I was not informed if there was no availability and other options- again-by having this in my profile- I thought there would be some different considerations. Inside the room, the doors are sticking together. Two hours after I checked in, there was a bill under my door. I was staying at the hotel for 2 days with 2 rooms. I also do not appreciate the text messages at 7 am to discuss checkout. Due to my occupation- my phone must be on at all times. However a small wish of please do not disturb is invalid. Get prepared to be awaken at 7 am to discuss a noon checkout. I think if there was a need to discuss checking out, 9 or 10 would be great or simply a question when checking in- would you like a 7 am wake up communication? Be considerate! There were other concerns and the management emailed and no return communications.

Had a great visit! Would recommend this hotel 100%. We had a child above us running back and forth over and over. Sham bent over backwards to help us with this. Ended up being a win win situation as the family was moved to the ground floor so the child was free to run around without disturbing anyone. I went down for breakfast Sat. morning and there was a beautiful lady working who made sure I had everything I needed. There was a parking garage right across the street we parked in which was a lot less than the $55 the hotel wanted. There also was a beautiful Catholic Church (Chapel) within walking distance.

Barry and Sham at the front desk and bar were so kind and helpful. In the midst of having to evacuate my apartment due to a gas leak they made my accommodations feel special and I felt reassured that I was safe and welcomed. My car was taken care of by the amazing valet staff and the room was clean and the bed was beyond comfortable.I was able to walk to many options for food and entertainment and when I did not feel like leaving, the hotel had a full kitchen and a stocked bar. I will definitely keep IGH in mind when traveling. The hotel felt luxurious and from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness and respect. The decor is chic and beautiful.

My partner and I had such a fantastic stay at the Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown during our trip this past September. From the second we walked through the doors, the customer service was wonderfull and set the tone for the entire weekend. A huge shoutout to Sham at the front desk, who welcomed us with so much bright energy and genuine warmth that made us feel right at home immediately. The decor inside the hotel is gorgeous, chic, and historic while still feeling fresh and modern. Our room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, and the downtown location made exploring the city on foot very convenient. Having someone as kind as Sham greet you after traveling makes all the difference in the world. It was an extremely perfect romantic getaway and we are already looking forward to booking another stay next time we visit Dallas!

I love the hotel. It was beautiful inside… customer service was wonderful. I love the way. Sham greeted us. She had so much energy and I loved it. She is an amazing lady.. thank you for my stay Sham. You made it so comfortable thank you again.
