We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, the area is popular with restaurants and its close to the JFK memorial. Its also a short ride over to the American Airlines Center for a game. The interior is open and can get noisy from the bar/restaurants on floor 2 but my room was quiet so all good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a hot water issue and it was promptly investigated. We ate at the bar on 2 and enjoyed good food and good service.
MoreGreat housekeeping and front desk staff. When we needed extra items in our room, more hangers, towels etc texting the front desk provided PROMPT delivery of items. Staff in house keeping were very helpful. The front desk and the coffee shop staff were very nice and helpful as well. There were a few issues with my checkout bill and the front desk staff took care of those items right away.

MoreHere for a conference. The rooms in the atrium were very loud with noise level because of the bar below. They offered a sound machine but those don't really work for me. The staff were friendly and tried to help which I appreciated but there wasn't much they could do unless I moved rooms which I didn't do because I was in conference stuff and didn't have time. The restaurant were decent, breakfast buffet was good as well as the omelet station. If I stayed again I'd be sure to request a quieter room - the rooms were large and nice and clean.
