Reviews
tripadvisorBeautiful rooms and excellent service. Vince and Jeff with valet parking were awesome. So friendly and attentive. 10/10 would stay again. The lounge on the 27th floor had great food and the gals were so nice.
MoreOur valet experience was excellent. They were prompt, courteous and friendly!
MoreJeff Marshall was kind and chatty. Went above and beyond. Thank him for me!
MoreThe Dallas Renaissance Hotel provided fantastic accommodations for our trip to the Texas-OU game. While the property is slightly dated, it is well maintained, comfortable, and has a lot going for it.The biggest frustration was the digital elevator pad system, which never seemed to work correctly. Honestly, if that’s the biggest issue I have with a hotel, I’ll take that as a win!The front desk staff were consistently pleasant, welcoming, and informative throughout our stay. However, the hotel’s best-kept secret is its main restaurant. We didn’t have a single disappointing dish during our visit, and the food was genuinely impressive. The meat dishes, especially the brisket burger, are an absolute must-try.The lounge is closed on weekends, so the hotel provided complimentary breakfast in the lobby instead. The service was consistently friendly, and the food was tasty. My one recommendation would be to skip the coffee served at the table and head to the coffee bar instead. You’ll be much happier with that choice! Our room was spacious and, although somewhat dated, was well maintained and comfortable.Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Dallas Renaissance Hotel if you’re in the area. Between the friendly staff, spacious accommodations, and surprisingly excellent restaurant, it made for a great stay during a busy Texas-OU weekend. A few minor inconveniences didn’t take away from an otherwise very positive experience.
