Here are some of the things that we experienced and deserve mentioning:1. This is a clean, affordable hotel with a very comfortable room.2. They offer a very ample hot breakfast.3. We experienced excellent customer service. We are thankful for the special concern and care shown to us by the managers (Nick and his wife Meena), those who served at the front desk (Sunny and Hemanth), and the housekeeping lady who kept our room very clean.4. The hotel was only 10 minutes from our family member's apartment.5. The hotel is close to major highways around Dallas.

For what you get here, around $90/night, you can get a better place with a more convenient location elsewhere. Even though it was the start of summer, the outdoor pool was closed. No explanation given. I had to call Best Western to get missing rewards credit added to my account, because the hotel obviously didn't report my stay.

I started staying at BW Hotels lately and find myself as a platinum rewards member now. This place needs alot of work. First off, zero recognition of BW Rewards. I asked for water and the response I received was equal to speaking Swahili. My room had no tissues and wasn't really cleaned acceptably. Breakfast last for 2 hours, is really lame with about 1/3 of the items you'd find at other BW's and worst off on the weekend is over at 9 am.

Excellent service and this is my all time favourite hotel.Very friendly staff and manager the breakfast options were very good. The checkIn was very easy and staff greeted warmly upon arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless

Breakfast items was so good and staff members are excellent and very helpful and house keeper is very friendly. Considering the affordable price, this hotel delivered excellent value. We enjoyed free breakfast, Worth every penny! Recommeded hotel for stay
