We needed a shuttle from FLL Airport to Hotel and from Hotel to Everglades the next day. I contacted them via email and they replied back quickly. Very professional, clean and comfortable vehicle. We were not sure where to meet the driver and he kept in touch with us by phone. He was very patient with us as we got lost coming out out of the airport terminal and got turned around. He directed us to him by phone and was standing outside waving to us. He went above and beyond. The next morning he picked us up and dropped us off right at our Cruise Line. Call them when you are in Fort Lauderdale for the best car service.

Needed a shuttle to FLL Airport, contacted them via email. Replies were quick, booking was easy, service was excellent. Driver was early which was great, accommodated our 2 young kids, van was clean. No complaints, will use again!

When we ordered a limo for several trips between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, we were not surprised when a black van pulled up instead of a limo since there were 9 people in our party. However, we were very surprised by the outstanding, over-the-top service provided by our driver, Dwayne. He handled 9 rowdy women laughing and all geared up for a good time with an easy smile and grace. As our ride continued and we got to know each other and we discussed our future needs for transportation, he offered suggestions for places to go and things for us to do prior to our flight. He even drove us to the airport, waited outside for us to check our bags in at Bags to Go and then drove us to the Water Taxi. What outstanding customer service. Dwayne is dedicated, caring, and an outstanding employee. You are lucky to have him on your staff
