This College Admission office sucks, They will say and do anything to get your child to commit but after that, they are on their own. They will not contact you regarding the important issue but will call you if your child has a balance. Don't send paperwork certified they will lose it, I don't know why we pay for a transportation fee, they don't take them anywhere. The campus is not safe neither is the dorm room. The dorm rooms are nasty and dingy but they are working hard on the President House that our children's money is paying for. I have to repeat the admission office is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, and NOT COMPETENT to handle the admission process and this is how you lose students. I received over a hundred calls talking about applying and my child was already admitted and attending the summer bridge program, LMAO. The Wiley College I heard about is not what it is today. Out of respect, I will not call out the Admission Counselor's name which is totally disrespectful, and hangs the phone up in the parent's faces but will name her to the President, Vice President, and Board Members. I feel sorry for my child as I have just dropped them from this College such a waste of time. If you have to beg a child to attend this college you should learn how to treat people. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE.

Had an opportunity to walk around the campus. I was looked at, talked to and reacted to like the red headed stepchild at the family reunion. Recommendation to attend this college =0,

The HBCU (Historical Black College University) was a good experience. The new dining facility (which took 5 years to build) is very nice however the food is terrible!!! Nothing like the first day I experienced as a parent of a now alumni. The dorms are all in bad condition and overly priced. The administration shows favoritism towards particular student when awarding scholarships. A select few of the staff personnel lack professionalism and abuse their authority. My daughter feels the cost of her student loans did not match the education provided. In her words, it's an easy school to glide through. In her opinion the cons outweighed the pros. As a parent of a former student, I do not recommend this as a college. It sickens me to know how deceiving they have been in their affairs that over time impacted the students.
