I am a trained and certified coach and help you to set better goals, achieve goals, and assist with creating a strategy to overcome obstacles. I also help others to examine their negative beliefs and offer tools to help you to move beyond your perceived limitations. I listen objectively, hold your dreams, ideas and goals for you and remind you when you've forgotten. Most people want to have a system of checks and balances and with my coaching style you have an accountability partner. My coaching style is focused on where you are in relationship to your goals for your life career or business. Next we look at where you'd like to be in any of the aforementioned areas. Last we look at the perceived obstacles, resources and blocks to getting what you want and where you want to go. My style of coaching allows you to get in alignment with what you say you want, challenges some things that may not be in alignment and provides a sounding board for you.
